First of all don’t lock yourself into a certain mindset. Sometimes people see themselves reacting in an unusual way, and they tend to read into it all kinds of things, and that begins feeding on itself - until it becomes a selffulfilling prophecy.
It might even be something your yetzer is trying to confuse you with. The more thought you give to this, the more you are playing into the yetzer’s hands.
Perhaps you could try to keep your mind on holy things. Like learning Torah, mitzvos, or even stories of tzadikim.
The holy Kotzker Rebbe zt”l used to say: “I don’t expect you not to sin because you don’t want to. I expect you not to sin because you don’t have time to”
If you keep on struggling with these feelings, this website might be something for you.
